To operate, simply pop the head up and insert your attachment, then choose from variable speeds. A recessed "on" button prevents accidental starts, and a safety cut-off makes sure it doesnt operate when the head is raised. It even has an overload protection to prevent overheating. Tough, all-metal gears and a low center of gravity ensure top performance with minimal vibration for secure, swift results. Also comes with 7-qt. stainless steel bowl and spatula. Its easy to operate and made to last long enough for the next generation of cooks!
