My problem not in the survey problem was item showed as in stock, order didn't ship. No e-mail about any problems. When I contacted CS , I didn't get a explanation, I canceled the order.

Ordered on 11/27.Never got a tracking number until 12/12.Order was in PENDING mode until i emailed them.Tried to call...automated voice...no one there. buisness hours poor. Payment was collected by them 11/30. Finally shipped 12/15..received...

My order just "didn't ship". No explanation. No way to contact the company via email, just live chat. Had to order a second time. Charged $25 for UPS 3-day, after waiting extra week. Arrived with no protective packaging. No shipping confirmation.
