The product that originally was shipped to me was improperly packaged and was slightly damaged as a result. I called customer service and they told me they would reship my order and that I should dispose of the first shipment.

I was disappointed that one of the chalk trays would not fit onto one side of the board. I was also disappointed that the 3 rings to hold the paper were not more heavy duty.

I was ordering a product to replace one (from somewhere else) that had torn easily and was disappointed that it was the same product. The manufacturer was not listed and the colors looked different online so I took a chance on it & will keep it.
