Staples is a reliable company; I feel comfortable purchasing from them. Their return policy has deteriorated over the past two years, however, so one must exercise caution.

Even though a Staples phone customer service representative found the item and told me I was getting a price match to $109.37 plus the 7% tax, that was not what was done.

Staples has always provided me with great service. They always have what I want at a price that I can afford. I receive the products on time; Staples is the only place I would shop for office products.

I called the store for availability and it was not in the store but sales rep told me I could get this online. The merchandise was delivered to me within 26 hours.

The folks at the store were very unorganized. It took an inordinate amount of time for them to know they had my order and to find the paper work so I could check out.
Also, both reems of paper had their wrapping torn and/or opened.
