This is my first smartphone. I love have the functionality of Palm's organization suite combined with my phone and email. The phone feels solid, looks great, and is easy to use. The QWERTY keyboard is slightly cramped, but so are all the other smartphone keyboards.

Palm views its new 680 as a cross-over smartphone device. It lacks some of the power that other Treos have but is available for much less money, opening them up to new segment of consumers. Brad tests it out and comes away impressed.
