This is my first pocket pc - and I'm enjoying it, and USING it, far more than I thought I would. Had initial problem getting it to synch with my desktop pc (though it synched perfectly w/my laptop). Compaq/HP Support was excellent, thorough, responsive an
ITS A GREAT INVESTMENT
This is an excellent product. It is very reliable and I have not had even the slightest problem with it. I would recommend the Compaq IPAQ H3850 to anyone intersted in this type of product.
