I have had my palm M130 for less than 10 months and it has broken down/fritzed out twice. The first time it happened, it just wouldn't hold a charge or turn on. After holding forever TWICE on the customer service line, I had to mail it back in to palm to

Overall, I am very pleased with my M-130. It is convinent, and easy to use, but...the screen is very diffiuclt to see in the daylight. I use it for reading e-books, organizing, and remembering things.
