This is the ideal entry level PDA. It has all the programs you need to synchronize with contacts. Adding a 128 meg memory card makes the amount of programs unlimited. Don't expect any tech support from HP. But you shouldn't need it. The Windows media pla (more)

don't break the screen HP will charge you half of the retail to repair it. Other wise it is very easy to use. A little hard to figure all of the utilities like using add on memory to save mp3 files unless you save the mp3's to a folder called my documents (more)
