When the staff return the call to confirm my purchased. He was rude and I felt he is slightly impatience when i was speaking to him in English.

I love designer imports and have purchased from them before. ALso was impressed with immediate action taken for a discount I did not get on my latest purchase. They corrected the issue immediately.
