It took a while to get the order in the system and get the prescription. Then, there was a snow storm but no one notified me that it would take so long. I got a week of extra meds but my dog went several days without his pain meds.

My only complaint is that I think the shipping is quite expensive. It should not be based on the price of the item, but on how much it costs to ship. My dog's meds are lightweight and relatively small, so the markup in shipping is just to increase...

I usually order by phone, this was the first time I just used the automated computer ordering and it was great. No problems, the order arrived promptly. I would definitley use the computer order feature of this company again.
