I have been somewhat pleased with my previous experiences with Discount Dance. There have been errors and I have received imperfect merchandise in the past. However, service has usually been good and errors corrected.

Pointe shoes had to be shipped separately from a different warehouse. I was charged an extra shipping charge which was not on my original invoice and not in the total quoted me by the representative when I placed the order. I would like to be reimbursed for the $5.99 charge.
