I ordered Akord refills, called regarding delivery time (did not know why it hadn't shipped) was told she would call me back the same day. When I didn't hear back I returned call and was told it would take a few days. The man I talked did not seem the least bit concerned that I was upset. I cancelled the order and ordered from someone else (Cheap Chux)
