I am not happy at all with this experience. I ordered early on Friday, Aug 31. Other suppliers I use would have had the order pulled and in transit by the same afternoon. Due to a holiday my order wasn't shipped until late Tues, Sept 5. I recieved no confirmation e-mails from you. When the box reached me today, Sat, Sept 8 it was torn up so bad that only one piece of tape was holding it closed and one end was untaped to where some of the smaller items almost fell out. Will definitely go back to the other supplier I normally used. And to tell the truth I wasn't paying much attention when I placed my order and ordered from you by accident.
