the first product I ordered I knew was on back order.. however 5 days AFTER it was due in I got a message that it would be another MONTH before it would be in.. so I called and ordered a different type of the same thing.. when I ordered number 2 it showed as in stock but then the next am I looked and it was listed as backordered as well... NOT HAPPY about it.. I never got an email on the second item. so one week later both items shipped... communication is not the best. the auto messaging system needs to be updated I think
