I have ordered parts (washer/dryer & fridge) on 3 occasions in the last month.The first 2 times I had great delivery times as the parts were shipped immediately from I believe the Calgary warehouse and delivered overnight (tremendous service). On the third and last time parts came from down east and were shipped from Toronto. Bottom line is it took 9 days for parts to arrive for our fridge. I will be very hesitant to purchase in the future as our fridge was apart for 10 days. During the online purchase & checkout I do not recall any message or warning that the parts would take so long or I wouldn't have ordered them. I was able to contact an agent on the 4 day but there was nothing to do but play the waiting game as parts were in transit by ground service from Toronto. He was helpful but not sympathetic to the situation. Terrible service in my opinion. Parts were all good quality but just took to long.Thanks Lance
