The original order was returned because the shipper applied 2 tracking numbers. I received no follow-up info and had to call customer service to get a status. I cancelled the original order and had to re-order; I used a second charge plate to avoid confusion with my records. I never got a confirmation of my second order. I was then billed and refunded twice on my original order...so much for avoiding confusion. Then, the second part showed up late, but I still had to call customer service 2 more times to assure that the charges on my first plate were reversed and refunded. I did all this because i thought i was saving $30 buying on line rather than pay full retial at the service shop; in hindsight, the $30 savings I would have gladly paid to have the part in hand and on time without having to call 3 times and order twice...not pleased at all.
