I love the ease of ordering and the prices! However, I placed the order and my doctor submitted my prescription on Monday. Four days later, the status online for my order still showed "dr's office must renew prescription." I called my dr, then cust service only to find out that my dr's office sent the prescription on Monday, and cust service said that the order was shipping that day. This would have saved me a lot of time if the info online had been updated!!
