The mats did not fit correctly. They bubbled and wouldn't lie flat. They fit on one side and were completely short on the other side. The cut outs for the tracks were excessive compared to the stock mats... I was concerned that stuff would fall into the tracks - I found another set by husky that protects the track while still allowing the chairs to move. When my husband contacted customer service, the representative argued with him through email as to how he just needed to trim them and that they fit fine despite our dissatisfaction. It took three or four emails before she gave us authorization to return the product. Her interaction was not professional and created a poor customer experience. Also, your return policy is terrible. I found a competitor that is comparable in cost with a much better return policy. I will not only not go business with you again but I will discourage my friends from purchasing from you as well.
