I ordered floor mats about 2 weeks before Christmas and the website stated that I would have the items before Christmas. One of the items didn't ship until after Christmas and to make it up to me Autoaccessories gave me 10% off my order. The web site was giving everyone who ordered anything 10% off their orders. If you promised that the order would arrive before Christmas and it doesn't I don't believe offering 10% off that order (same offer everyone else got) is enough to make me ever purchase from this store again.
