I did not receive all of the products orderedeven though they were ticked on the packing slip. I tried to make contact but have not heard back from them about the missing items.

I checked and we shipped the missing District Convention notebooks to you on November 13th. We also sent a shipping confirmation for this to your email: {EDITED} . I may have been block by a spam blocker. We shipped this to: {EDITED} Since you are in New Zealand, it does take awhile to get there. Please let me know your telephone number and a convenient time I can call you so that we can give you more details in person. The usual shipping time is 2 to 3 weeks, as mentioned when you placed the order. However it can take up to one month or longer during this seasonal mail rush. We're really sorry about that. I would be really anxious too if I were you. I know that it must seem to be taking forever, but please be patient for about 1 more week. Your order will certainly arrive before then. Please let me know as soon as you get it. I am anxious to hear. Also, I have forwarded your feedback to our concern department for consideration. Each feedback they receive is investigated and the appropriate action is taken.
