I was supposed to get the order by Friday, November 30, 2012. I checked on the order status and for almost a-week-and-a-halp it said item waiting to be shipped. I called you guys on Thursday and the girl that answered, first, said that the item was no longer available. and that she could only offer me a pair at a cheaper price. i said i would have to think about it because i really wanted to get gel gloves. When i made up my mind i called back and a gentleman answered, he said the item was just standing there, waiting for someone to put it in the mail slot. VERY FRUSTRATING for me because i needed to get those by Friday, nov, 30, the latest. i wanted to have them for my husband's b.day party. i am very dissatisfied with your service.
