I had a good experience with the purchasing. I do need to return one item that isn't working properly, but don't expect any difficulties, as your web site and customer service made it clear about how to return items.

I ordered a Polar CS200 for my bicyle in September. It came in and the heart monitor worked, but the computer did not pick up the speed cadence of my bike wheel. I have a few of these computers, and tried several of the sensors I had. Once I realized it was the computer I just received from HRM, I called and they gave me some options. I chose to order a new one while using the working heart monitor portion of the one received. Now that I received my newly ordered computer, i will return the original purchase and have been informed I will receive full credit. That kind of customer service goes a million miles these days.
