The slide scanner was shipped without the power adapter and cord which is essential to the operation. I had to call your customer service line three times in order to start any resolution due to your server being down for several days last week.(5 and 6 December) The third time I called I was informed that I had been sent a return authorization with shipping label.I had not requested to return the scanner; only to be sent the missing parts. As of yesterday, I was told the request has been sent on to the manufacture. Now I wait!
