This is the first time I am ordering from VetDepot. I had to leave a voicemail message but a representative called me back the same day. She was very pleasant and explained some things to me so I was not as nervous about ordering from them. Product pricing is very important to me, since my dog is on quite a few medications. Hopefully, I will have a good experience and continue to order from them.

I'm a first-time user of VetDepot. I'm always nervous when dealing with a new company but when I called, I had to leave a voicemail message and they returned my call within a very short period of time. The representatives were very helpful and polite. One of the items that I ordered was out of stock but I appreciated the fact that they kept me informed by sending me e-mails. I certainly would order from them again.
