i think the delivery charge is too high, making the purchase twice the price. i tried to purchase 2 pairs of Teva's but the other was out of stock.i will therefore have to pay the same delivery charge again! if there is an option to place out of stock items on back order - to be charged on delivery, perhaps the postage could be discounted some way.

i have found it difficult to find the correct size in stock, for a while now. also, the cost of return was so much (from australia) that although the shoe was a just fit and i wanted to return for a bigger size, it just was not worth it. also, the size was/ is not available right now. i would like to be able to 'book' a size on back order - even if i have to pay for it in advance!
