Highly recommended by friends. Important to have good pricing & free shipping policy at purchase points. Knowledgable folks work there. This survey is not well set up. Should be able to make more than one selection on many sections.

Communication via e-mail with Vitamin shoppe was excellent mainly because they responded immediately to a mishap in shipping. There was immediate reply e-mail, response to issue e-mail, handled it, confirmed mailed and I received yesterday!Very pleased with the entire communication & making the problem go away!Customer friendly operation as far as I am concerned!
