shipping to Canada is too expensive, you should look at other options, eg. USPS. on your site, you don't find out the cost of shipping until the very end, and then there's no graceful way to back out and revise your order, ie. the only option is submit. The info about the contents of the item I was ordering was scanty, couldn't find the actual label replica, or list of ingredients.

The product is fine, your survey asks nothing about shipping costs. Using UPS to ship to Canada is too expensive. You need to find alternate ways. How about USPS?
