Great variety of products which they stand behind. Problem? Always solved to the customers satisfaction. Very high quality workmanship on products on all products sold. Very helpful online or 800 number for questions or problems. Awesome customer service.

The description of my foatant pack stated that gel and powder were included and I am disappointed that your website was misleading. Not pleased with Orvis for the first time.
