I always used Zappos to buy our Merrill products , which are and will be, several purchases. I understand that Zappos was bought out by Amazon. They continued "free shipping" which Zappos provided but don't carry the newest styles of Merrill's . This has happened twice. This is my first experience with and the newest styles were there so I persevered with the checkout. 3 TIMES. It kept saying I had mistakes in my info. I was asked for a " postal code" which I assumed was my "zip code". Out of the blue my county(Jefferson) showed up ????? I hadn't typed it at all. Also, free shipping would bud I like the free returns. GREAT shoes!
