I need to return this item, and the web site won't recognize my order number, so I sent an email, a week ago, and still no answer as how to return this dress that is way too big for my daughter, and it was her Christmas gift, so she is really disappointed. I would really like to get a return label, so I can send it back and get a credit. Please.
