I originally wanted to purchase from J&R but Sandy had put you out of commission. I tried another merchant and this was a big mistake, although from their website you would think it was God's gift. Service was terrible and unable to reach person by phone or email. This transaction caused a headache for me and I handed it to American Express.

Abe's of Maine are total liars and I am now having to have AmEx deal with them to get my money back. They charged my account before delivery. The only reason I used them you were down during hurricane Sandy and I wanted the camera for a wedding. Now I have a headache. J&R is number 1 and all future purchases I will make with J&R. You are 10 out of 10.
