I received a defective supply product. After installation into my printer, it deposited toner residue inside and out of the printer and the adjacent cartridge, thus 2 of 4 cartridges are ruined.
We're very sorry to hear this about our toner. If you would please contact our Customer Service Dept. we would like to care of the defective product for you with either an exchange or a refund.
