Some snail batches were mostly dead. I got store credit back. I'm still determining if I'll ever purchase more aaquarium goods from them. I'm kind of glad I wasn't able to buy more fish due to them not being in stock as I'm worried about whether or not I'd have to deal with getting refunded or not.
