Did not get $10 off when I used a coupon code and then qualified for free shipping by purchasing large amount even though I put in the code and it was my only coupon. Excellent customer service when I called to make sure my order had not gone through online yesterday. Person friendly and quick!

When I left an email for customer questioning why on a large order I did NOT get the money off as well as free shipping I never received a reply. I feel nearly everyone offers free shipping, and that makes your coupons invalid then in most cases since you disallowed both. Never received a reply. I could just place multiple orders but wastes everyone's time and resources.
