I have ordered this item several times and like dealing with you--just wish the product lasted longer---seems to crack easily even with good care--yet this product fits my counter/ sink better than others. I appreciate the good price and no shipping.

When I looked online, only 1 product came up and I thought it was the same product I had ordered last year. However, it was not. I was disappointed to pay the return shipping but understand. The rep directed me to another site which showed more than 1 chopping/ drain tray but the one I want is on back order. Hopefully it will arrive soon.
