I bought this several weeks ago and it did not download to my computer...Am I entitled to a refund on that purchase?

I bought this before and could not download it...I contacted you and did not get my refund back..it was charged to my credit card...so I bought the box version and I received it. It was also charged to my credit card....I would like my refund for the one I could not download....Please check this out for me.
