Please share this info with Improvements. I am very happy with the quality, function, convenience and appearance of the product. I remain somewhat baffled by the shipping, but I guess I shouldn't complain, because apparently the shipping was free (I expected to pay something). As I visit my mother in the nursing home on weekends, and wanted to build this for her, I had expected the package would arrive at least on Saturday, Dec 1. I had ordered the package Thursday morning, November 29. However, although the package arrived in the destination city (Charlottesville, Va.) at 11:15 p.m. Friday November 30, yet it sat in the warehouse over the weekend and was only delivered on Monday, December 3. This meant of course that I was not able to build the improvement until this past weekend of Dec 8-9, so I lost a week. I had expected at the time the package would be delivered on Saturday (and I would have paid for it too), but I SUPPOSE that Improvements is correct in the shipping, 2 Biz days.
