I realize that the holidays made delivery hectic but when you ship something perishable one day delivery, it must come that day or the product will go bad. Next time during the holidays please stick additional ice packets in the package just in case delivery is not timely. Luckily the Brillat Savarin cheese was okay despite the one melted ice packet.
