I like to buy from esteelauder.com because they provided free. Unlike this Time-To-Spa in USA, they charged $25 US shipping, on top of that, I have to pay duty & Tax, and Fed Ex. charged another $10 as brokerage fees, $1.50 Tax added on again, making the Beauty Products I brought from them very expensive and the handling charge is like highway robbery, as I already paid $25 US for shipping & handling, why do I to pay Fed Ex again so my $180 US + $25 shipping + another $40 duties & Tax = $250, then+ $11.50 brokerage fees plus tax again, a total of $261.50.I am so upset but they refuse to refund me the extra $11.50 US, if it is not because Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream can only be brought from Time-to-Spa in USA, I would never want to deal with them. Therefore, I like EsteeLauda which is clear and honest company. Thank you !
