My order was to be recieved on October 29th. When I called the delivery folks they stated that it was not in their warehouse yet and was being transported in a truck from San Francisco, after a few days I called Dell and they called the delivery folks and was told that they could not locate the item. Dell customer service said they assigned an agent to look over this purchase and to date I have not heard from anyone regarding my purchase yet my Dell Bill already reflects being charged for a product I have yet to receive. Needless to say I am dissatisfied, I purchased this product well in advance so that when I arrived from being out a sea (i am in the military) I could enjoy the purchase.
