I like the fact that they offered USPS priority shipping for FREE!!! I will for sure get my xmas gift to my friends on time!!

The customer service rep I contacted over the phone was very impatient with me and had a sarcastic attitude when I talked to him. Very condescending and shrude, I appologized for making him do his job and it only got worse. I asked him if my package would arrive before xmas since it was for a gift and he said that he didn't know and that there was nothing he could do. I will NEVER shop at jensonusa.com again due to his attitude. There are many other companies out there that I could do business with (ones that price match as well). I have spent thousands of dollars with your company over the years and I don't like to be talked down to, I would appreciate just a touch of courtesy and some asurace that I matter to them as a customer.
