How the hell do you expect individuals to receive their purchase when you have an agreement with UPS not to allow customer pick-up at their location when not able to deliver since customer is not home. Those of us who work, can afford your products therefore we are working during delivery times. Your website and salesw reps don't inform customers of this problem. After it was attempted to be delivered and could not pick it up due to Bose/UPS agreement not to allow, I had to call and get special permission to pick it up. This really gave me a negative impression on the customer service with shipping I received.
