I place two orders. One was received without a problem. The order had a damaged item that I have been trying to return for over a month without success. Another item had the ship date changed to unknown, I canceled the item and after two weeks am still waiting for a confirmation. I have e-mailed and called about these problems many times without any resolution. The last time the customer service rep with rude.
