I ordered a speakman showerhead on 12/8. It should have been shipped on or before 12/22 however I have not yet received it. I contacted Customer Service on 12/29 and was told that it was shipped and that I would receive tracking information on 12/30, however I received not information on tracking. Any help you could provide would be most appreciated.
