I received the ink for my printer on time. But when I put the ink in, I had to clean the heads on my printer. I did a couple test prints and the black was not showing up. I kept cleaning the heads until the black showed up, when it finally did, now the cyan is out. I don't think it should have ran out so fast. I want the item replaced.
