I bought a chair mat online, arrived in two days, but was for carpet and I needed it for flooring. I called my local store,Bee Cave Shops, and was told I could'nt return at store. I called customer service and she said I could return it to the store and she called and told manager Nathan to do a return. I ended up buying another mat at the store.
