Overall it was an acceptable transaction. However, the item description was not as clear as i would like. I had some questions after I purchased the Xbox 360 as to which accessories would come with the console. Also, the description did not specify that it was the new slim model Xbox. I had to assume that it was based on the picture. Another minor discrepancy is that the description stated specifically it was the 250 gig hard drive with the MATTE FINISH. The Xbox I received was the shiny finish which tells me that it was manufactured at an earlier date than one with a MATTE FINISH. It still functions fine but its just older than one with a MATTE FINISH. I was also surprised at how this valuable item was packaged. There was virtually NO protection or packing material. It basically looked like it was thrown in a Hastings box, and then placed in larger box with one piece packing material. Overall I am satisfied with the transaction only because of the large discounted price.
