Some of the products you sell really need to have better information available when you click on "learn more". For example, the Cermark Jas-39 EDF I just ordered looks like it should have retracts but none are mentioned and I sure as heck am not going to fly it with a fixed gear. The fan/motor 4S combination that fits the Squall has no dimensions listed. When you look up the Squall ARF it lists a 70mm fan, but is that 70mm inside dimension or outside dimension? Google Tower Hobbies and take a look at how they do it. Did your shipping rates go up? I ordered three LiPos and was billed with a $16.00 surcharge. Was part of this for my five foot long airplane? On the bright side, I like that you can select the number of items you intend to buy when you select them and don't have to go back and update your cart later. I recently planned to order six lengths of .062 wire from another company but forgot to update and got only one. My fault but still irritating.

It seemed that the delivery time for this order was slower than I have come to expect from Hobby People. That may have been because I really needed to get my hands on the EDF unit I ordered. I couldn't figure out how to use your order tracking system but that might have been just me. My main complaint is about the Cermark Saab JAS 39 Gripen I bought as a closeout item. There was only sketchy information available about this plane on your web site and I was disappointed to find that this model of a supersonic fighter aircraft was designed to only use a fixed gear. After a search of the internet I'm still drawing a blank on suitable retracts and will probably end up launching it with a bungee or a droppable dolly. This brings up my chronic complaint about Hobby People. Frequently the information about a product is incomplete or entirely lacking, (for example, the 4S EDF unit recommended for the Squall). Google Tower Hobbies to see how it should be done.
