I have never ordered from 1A Auto before, just found it on Bing, but was real impressed with a video on removing & installing new product and also the price. I ahve been an AutoAnything customer for many years but now will definitely seek needed items from 1A Auto Parts.

My biggest compalint is that the tracking order showed the product being shipped UPS & then the day I planned on arrival it was sent to the local post office for delivery. All in all took 6 days from ordering to arrive and that is so unacceptable. I called and was told that is the way they ship items so why don't they just change their information to saying USPS as opposed to the current UPS delivery. Then a customer would expect it later and no issue would arise.

Thank you for your feedback. On some packages we ship, UPS does a majority of the transit with USPS taking care of the final city.
