plsk400 The web store I believe could have been more descriptive of the plsk 400. Nowhere in the description did it mention that the devise had to be on the same circuit breaker to work. It just said that it worked with your houses wiring to transfer the internet. Because of this I wasted over a week of time and I lost $18 minus a 10% dicount on my purchase of the RE1000 which was $8 so I still lost $10 dollars on that deal
